I am a senior executive, executive coach, and organizational consultant with extensive international experience in leadership development, behavioral transformation, and driving sustainable business growth. Throughout my career, I have blended strategic management with neuropsychology and systemic thinking to deliver measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

With over 4,500 hours of coaching delivered to more than 900 leaders, C-suite executives, and professionals across 40+ countries, my mission is to bridge the gap between human biology and corporate strategy—helping people and organizations navigate change, build resilience, and unlock their highest potential.
